Control System Software Updates

If you already have the c3_local desktop client and would like to upgrade to the latest version then please use the link below. This will direct you to our FTP site where you will find the last few releases of the client software. Please select the latest release and download.

Download latest GUI software releases (c3_local)

This is a executable file (.exe). Once downloaded to your hard disk double click on the file and follow the instructions to install.

Note. If using a RCT 5030 Master Controller / R CP 5000 Control panel then the embedded software within the controller or control panel also needs to be updated to mach the new client release. Please use the link below to visit the FTP site to download the latest version of embedded software.

Tis is a compressed .tgz file Once downloaded to your hard disk upload the file to the RCT 5030 or RCP 5000 using the web interface (do not open with winzip or any other utility simply upload the file as is). Refer to user manuals for more instructions.
